AI & Automation

Take the repeated work off your team, then put AI where it genuinely saves time.

  • Process mapping: where the hours actually go, and which of them can be taken away
  • Automations built in n8n or Zapier, or in code where those are the wrong tool
  • Integrations across CRM, email, spreadsheets, POS and finance systems

03Ventures

I have run the businesses I build systems for.

2025 to present

Drive-thru food & beverage venture

Co-founder, operations and systems

A new drive-thru concept in Manchester, where I own the operating systems: stock ordering, menu decisions, KPIs and reporting.

  • Replaced a one-to-two hour manual stock ordering process with an automated workflow that runs in under ten minutes.
  • Used sales and customer behaviour data to redesign the menu and product placement, lifting high-margin lines.
  • Defined the KPIs and documented the SOPs the operation runs on.
  • Revenue passed £500,000 in the first year.

2015 to 2026

UK-registered charity

Digital systems: CRM, donor journey, reporting

A decade building the systems a charity actually ran on, from requirements workshops with trustees through to the dashboards decisions were made from.

  • Designed and implemented a bespoke CRM, improving donor data capture, reporting and operational visibility.
  • Rebuilt the donor journey around automated email workflows, cutting admin and improving engagement.
  • Annual income grew from around £200,000 to over £1M across that period.

04How it goes

From first email to handover, with nothing hidden in between.

  1. 01

A call, and a straight answer

Twenty minutes on what you are trying to change. If it is not something I should be doing, I will say so on that call.

  2. 02

    A written scope

What gets built, what it costs, what it does not include, and when it lands. Nothing starts before you have that in writing.

  3. 03

    Build, in the open

You see the work as it happens, not status updates. Changes are cheapest early and I would rather have them then.

  4. 04

    Handover, properly

Your accounts, your code, your documentation. Ongoing support if you want it, never because you are stuck without it.

05Contact

Tell me what needs doing.

A short email is enough to start: what the business does, what is not working, and roughly when you need it. If I am not the right fit, I will say so on the first call.
